Online Store Terms

Soffi.Store is operated by Tsunami Glassworks Inc., trading as Soffi Studio, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

These terms apply to purchases through our online store. Custom commissions, installation design services and separately quoted trade orders are subject to the terms provided with their quotation.

Ordering & Payment

Please review the size, colour, finish and quantity of your selections before completing checkout.

Online orders require payment in full at checkout unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing. Prices are displayed in your selected currency, with applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout.

For questions about a product or a specific delivery deadline, please contact sales@soffi.store before ordering.

Handmade Glass

Our glass is individually handmade. Slight variations in shape, dimensions, colour distribution and small bubbles are characteristic of the process.

For made-to-order pieces, photographs illustrate the design and colour palette. The exact pattern and distribution of colour will vary.

Where a listing identifies a specific one-of-a-kind item, you will receive the piece shown.

Production & Dispatch

Ready-made items are dispatched next business day after purchase.

Made-to-order pieces require 4–6 weeks for production before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.

If you need an earlier date, please contact the studio before ordering so we can confirm whether it is achievable.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Please review our Shipping Policy for dispatch, carrier and collection information.

Local pickup is available from our Windsor studio. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting. Local delivery is available by arrangement.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact sales@soffi.store as soon as possible. We will confirm what changes are possible based on the order’s production or dispatch status. This does not affect any cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

Returns & Damaged Items

Please choose carefully, as all purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact sales@soffi.store promptly. For shipping damage, please notify us within five days of receipt and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

For items damaged on arrival, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a resolution.

Natural variations characteristic of handmade glass are not defects. These terms do not limit your rights or remedies under applicable consumer protection law.
